Corporate Governance

Corporate governance is the combination of processes, customs, policies, laws, and institutions affecting the way a company is directed, administered or controlled. Corporate governance includes the relationships among the stakeholders involved and the goals of the company.

The Company believes in attaining the highest level of transparency, accountability, fairness and professionalism towards its stakeholders including shareholders, employess, customers, the government, lenders and the society at large and to maximize returns to shareholders through creation of wealth on sustaianable basis.

In order to ensure objectives of good corporate governance, the company complies with the stipulations laid down in the guidelines on the Corporate Governane as specified in Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement executed with the Stock Exchange.
